Our twist on a true modern classic sees us blending Kentucky straight bourbon with a peated single malt whisky, ginger and honey syrups, organic citric acid and lemon bitters.

The result is complex and flavourful, leaning to the sour side, that’s finished perfectly with a lime wheel garnish (if you can be bothered).
