Our twist on the classic and formidable tiki cocktail, the Zombie, blends three of the finest rums around.

Brugal Dominican white, Mapmaker's Coastal Spiced Rum and Old J Caribbean spiced overproof rums are combined with grenadine, pineapple juice and citric acid to create a true Polynesian masterpiece. Stick a wedge of pineapple on the rim of the glass to finish it off right.

My new favourite cocktail!

This has bumped my usual favourite cocktail out of the no.1 spot. Its the perfect combination of fruity and spicy flavours. Not too sweet with a great kick. The challenge is not to drink it like juice!
