Cracking cocktails

There are literally dozens of pre-mixed cocktails out there, and little wonder because having all the right ingredients and the perfect recipe is both a commitment and a minefield. However, they are not the same.

Some are a bit insipid, lack depth or bite and almost all are way too sweet (presumably on the basis of the target demographic and the expectation that are going to be served practically frozen.

MIXD are entirely different: ideal strength, with a sophisticated depth of flavour and a pleasing bitter note. Absolutely delicious!

I shouldn’t be surprised - the best artisanal spirit makers are in Scotland: why not the best cocktails?
