Please contact us to discuss any queries you have about your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will always get back to you as soon as we can.
NOT QUITE WHAT YOU EXPECTED?
You can, of course, return your cocktails to us for any reason – and we will be happy to issue a refund for the full amount of any unopened pouches, once we have received them back at our premises.
In the extremely unlikely event that your package is damaged, please email us photos of the packing within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange for collection and replacement/refund of your order.
Please note: we are unable to refund any products where the seals have been broken.
